Centre College recognizes that situations arise which could cause an employee to miss work for an extended period of time. The College provides eligible employees with long-term disability insurance after one year of service. This coverage will give you the peace of mind that you will be adequately covered should something out of your control cause you to miss work.

Contributions begin first of the month, following one year anniversary. TIAA-CREF is the provider and funds are invested at the direction of the employee.
